Simply push the steel rod into the center of your meat or fish, the LED display will show the temperature within 4 to 5 seconds in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. The compact design conceals probe for safe and convenient storage and the unit features an auto shut-off after 5 minutes. Clean the stem with soap and water only, do not wash in the dishwasher.
